We understand common developer frustrations because Ryatt was founded by one. Having worked previously as a housing developer, Matt was tired of needing to hire multiple companies to complete a project's site-development work, so he set out to create a one-stop-shop with the goal of increased efficiency. Strengthened with leadership from co-founder Ryan, Ryatt now offers more in-house services than any other local company in our field.

With all site-prep services provided under one roof, we offer our customers the convenience of one proposal and the peace of mind that all work tasks will happen in an orderly, methodical, and cost-effective manner.

Community
Chipping in to Build a Better World
We care about our communities. In addition to our day-to-day project work, we dedicate time and resources to helping those in need. Some of our recent volunteer efforts include:
Helping Huber Homes rebuild the house of a King County family who lost everything in a fire.

Donating services to construct the Shoreline Vision House, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for women and children.

Ongoing pro bono services for Seattle Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit that constructs new affordable homes and repairs existing ones for income-qualified individuals and seniors.

Partnering with local non-profit Hand in Hand to provide Thanksgiving meals to children and families stepping out of crisis and in need of refuge.

Serving as the main builder for the Kirkwood Family Home in Port Orchard for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, a reality television series that features families facing ongoing hardships having their homes completely rebuilt to better suit their needs.
